Job Title - ERP ExecutiveJob Summary:The ERP Executive is responsible for managing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The role involves coordinating with all departments, ensuring accurate data management, providing user support, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain the ERP system.Create and manage master data, including customers, vendors, items, BOMs, warehouses, and users.Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Purchase, Production, Stores, Finance, HR, and Service to ensure smooth ERP operations.Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-based improvements.Provide user training and technical support to ERP users.Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with software vendors for bug fixes and enhancements.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely updates in the ERP system.Manage user roles, permissions, and system security.Assist in ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules.Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user manuals.Ensure data backup, compliance,



and system integrity.Track KPIs and prepare management reports.Coordinate ERP integration with CRM, accounting software, barcode systems, and other applications where applicable.Support automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment (Freshers with relevant ERP knowledge may also apply).Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and business processes.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.About UsSTELZ Multiparking Pvt.
