Day-to-day responsibilities include helping the sales team with client follow-ups, preparing presentations, collecting and organizing market data, and supporting the development of marketing campaigns for target segments such as commercial, industrial,



and residential projects. The intern will contribute to social media and digital marketing efforts, participate in on-site client meetings or training sessions as required, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead handling, pipeline tracking, and understanding of sales processes.Candidates should possess the ability to support Training activities, such as assisting in product demonstrations and safety awareness sessions.Basic knowledge or interest in marketing, including digital and social media marketing, will be beneficial.Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with using CRM or similar tools is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Pune, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
