Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Service Delivery, Project/Program Management, stakeholder management, and client engagement, with a proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts, cross-functional teams, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services projects and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.

- Manage multiple enterprise client engagements while ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

- Act as the primary client contact for delivery governance and stakeholder management.

- Collaborate with technical, operations, and business teams for seamless project execution.

- Monitor project health, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery performance.

- Drive governance through client reviews, status reports, and executive presentations.

- Manage project scope, change requests, and delivery timelines.

- Lead process improvement, automation,



and operational excellence initiatives.

- Mentor cross-functional teams and drive a high-performance delivery culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Delivery, Managed Services, IT Services, or Program Management.

- Proven experience managing enterprise client accounts and large-scale managed services engagements.

- Solid knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks and project management methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are preferred.

- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps is an added advantage.
