The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage property listings, and support clients through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting sales proposals, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating property viewings. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing online and offline promotional activities, and tracking performance metrics.
