- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Prior agency experience is mandatory
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 5 lakhs+ INR
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel setup (mandatory)
- Understanding of conversion tracking, event setup, and UTM parameters
- Valuable communication skills in English (written and verbal) for US client interaction
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone - EST/PST hours)
- Must be willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
