Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Executive role at Voyaah is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. In this role, the individual will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote Voyaah's travel offerings and brand voice. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, collaborating with design and content teams, monitoring trends, and optimising posts for reach and engagement. The role also involves running social media campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights to improve audience growth and lead generation. The executive will engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

OKRs

- Execute monthly content aligned with business goals, campaigns and travel trends.

- Manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X

- Research industry trends, competitors, travel news and viral content opportunities.

- Create engaging Reels, carousels, stories, and static creatives.

- Write compelling captions,



hooks, CTAs and travel guides aligned with Voyaah's brand voice.

- Shoot behind-the-scenes, travel and office culture content whenever required.

- Manage YouTube uploads, Shorts scheduling, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and SEO.

- Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries while managing online reputation.

- Ensure consistent branding across all social media platforms.

- Explore AI tools and emerging social media trends to improve content quality and workflow.

Who you are

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media or a related field.

- 6+ months of internship experience in Social Media or Content Marketing.

- Experience using Canva and video editing tools such as InShot, VN or CapCut.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Creative, data-driven and detail-oriented.

- Takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced but organised startup environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience working with a travel, hospitality or lifestyle brand.

- Photography or videography skills.

- Passion for travel and storytelling.
