Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role based in Mumbai. The Beauty Advisor will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on Kimirica's skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, explaining ingredients and benefits, and guiding customers on suitable self-care routines. The role involves achieving retail sales targets, maintaining attractive and well-stocked displays,



and ensuring an elevated in-store experience aligned with the brand's luxury standards. The Beauty Advisor will also handle customer queries and feedback, process sales transactions, and support store events, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate routines.
- Product knowledge in luxury beauty, personal care, and wellness products, including ingredients and usage perks.
- Customer service skills focused on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality in-store experience.
- Retail sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store sales targets.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for self-care and wellness.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
