We are not building just another healthcare application.

Our vision is to create an integrated ecosystem that combines healthcare professionals, diagnostics, wearable devices, AI, and personalized wellness programs to help individuals and organizations achieve measurable health outcomes.

As a Full-Stack App Developer, you will be responsible for building and scaling the core technology powering the HiWox ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build secure backend services, REST APIs, databases, authentication systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code while following best engineering practices.

Product Development

- Develop core product modules including user onboarding, Digital Health Index (DHI), wellness assessments, consultant dashboards, employer dashboards, appointments, chat, notifications, payments, reports, and progress tracking.
- Integrate third-party services including wearable devices, healthcare APIs, payment gateways, video consultation, WhatsApp, maps, and AI services.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive user experiences.

AI & Scalable Architecture

- Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate intelligent recommendations, automation, and predictive healthcare features.
- Design scalable application architecture capable of supporting future product expansion and enterprise deployments.




- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

Collaboration & Engineering Excellence

- Work with product managers, designers, healthcare professionals, and business teams to convert requirements into scalable software.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Continuously improve development processes, coding standards, and system reliability.

Who Should Apply

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture, API development, cloud technologies, and database design.
- Passion for building impactful HealthTech products.

- Support product launch and future feature development.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team role.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Our Onboarding Process Includes

- 3–4 strategic discussions with the founder.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate technical capability, execution, ownership, and long-term alignment.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution and commitment.
- A 5-year vesting structure for all core founding members.

- Has experience building and deploying complete web and mobile applications.
- Can independently architect scalable systems and solve complex engineering problems.
- Has strong knowledge of backend development, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Is passionate about AI, HealthTech, and building products from the ground up.
- Thrives in a rapid-paced startup environment with a strong ownership mindset.
- Bonus if you have experience in HealthTech, Telemedicine, React Native, AWS, Firebase, AI integrations, or healthcare applications.
