Role Description The Technical Sales Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves supporting the sales team in promoting EMI/EMC and RF solutions, assisting with technical product demonstrations, and responding to customer inquiries. The trainee will help prepare proposals, maintain customer records, and follow up on leads under the guidance of senior sales and engineering professionals. Daily responsibilities include learning product specifications, understanding customer applications, coordinating with technical support for pre- and post-sales activities,



and contributing to building long-term customer relationships. The role offers hands-on training in technical sales processes and opportunities to grow into an independent sales role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with a strong interest in learning complex EMI/EMC and RF solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including understanding basic engineering concepts and assisting in resolving technical queries.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in proposals, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related fields) or a science discipline with technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to customer locations as needed.
- After Training of 6 months, might get posted at any of our Branches all over India.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, and a willingness to undergo structured training and continuous learning.
