Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise automation solutions for one of our strategic banking clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with UiPath and the Microsoft Power Platform, along with a strong understanding of solution architecture, governance frameworks, scalability, and security best practices.

The Technical Specialist will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring robust solution design, adherence to architectural standards, and successful delivery of high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, development guidelines, and governance processes.
- Conduct solution design reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define best practices for solution development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support delivery teams by resolving complex technical challenges and providing architectural guidance.




- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative automation approaches.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance artifacts.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath development and enterprise automation solutions.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and automation frameworks.
- Experience establishing governance models and development standards.
- Good knowledge of security, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability best practices.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and providing technical oversight across multiple delivery teams.
- Familiarity with API integrations, REST services, and enterprise systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices for automation platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
- UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based automation.
- Experience with AI-powered automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
- Exposure to enterprise integration technologies.
