Soundscape Institute is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our admissions and business growth. If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships and helping aspiring musicians begin their journey, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, Whats App and email enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead records.
- Support email marketing, Linked In and social media activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams.
- Achieve admission and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Admissions, Business Development, Sales or Customer Relations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for education and the creative industry is a plus.
