Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure contracts are legally sound and protect the company's interests.

Regulatory Compliance

- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, medical device laws, and industry standards (e.g., CDSCO, ISO, and other Indian and US laws).

Intellectual Property

- Manage the intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights related to the company's products and technologies.

Dispute Resolution

- Handle and support resolving disputes through legal channels, including settlements, litigation, or arbitration.

Corporate Governance

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, regulatory filings, board resolutions, and other statutory compliance matters.

Legal Research & Advisory





- Conduct legal research on relevant issues affecting the healthcare device industry.
- Provide ongoing legal support and advice to internal stakeholders (R&D;, operations, marketing, sales).

Litigation Support

- Coordinate with external counsels on litigation matters, managing documentation and adherence to timelines.

Risk Management

- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with current product launches, contracts, and operational procedures.

Training & Awareness

- Conduct training sessions for employees on legal matters, including compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
