2. Engage with global customers to ensure timely renewals.
3. Log and track all interactions in Salesforce with accuracy.
4. Understand and communicate Flexera product support plans.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries within one business day.
2. Handle objections and ensure renewal conversion.
3. Meet service level and SLA expectations.
4. Support EMEA or NA hours as required.
