Job Responsibilities
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre.
 Implement and monitor the curriculum in accordance with the organization's standards.
 Plan, supervise, and support classroom activities and learning outcomes.
 Lead and manage the teaching staff to ensure effective centre operations.
 Ensure adherence to Montessori principles and established teaching methodologies.
 Maintain a high standard of English communication within the centre.
 Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication and engagement.
 Support the leadership team in achieving operational and educational objectives.
 Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene,



and quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Mandatory:  Bachelor's degree in any discipline.  Teacher training qualification such as B.Ed., NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), Montessori Teacher Training, or any other recognized Early Childhood Education certification.
Experience
 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education.
