Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in Commerce subjects for Classes 11 and 12, in accordance with the CBSE/State Board curriculum.

- Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that promote conceptual clarity and application-based learning.

- Conduct regular classroom assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

- Prepare students for board examinations through structured revision sessions, mock tests, and personalized academic support.

- Collaborate with department heads and fellow faculty to align teaching methodologies and maintain academic excellence.

- Mentor students on career guidance related to commerce and business fields, including CA, CS, CMA, and BBA/BCom programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a postgraduate qualification (M.Com) or equivalent in Commerce.





- Valid B.Ed. certification or eligibility as per the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) norms.

- 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in senior secondary (Classes 11–12) Commerce subjects.

- In-depth knowledge of CBSE/State Board syllabi for Commerce, including Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, and Financial Management.

- Robust analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.

- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and learning management systems (LMS).

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments.

- Commitment to student development, ethical teaching practices, and continuous professional growth.
