Location - Bangalore or Pune

Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or 30 days max

Work Days - Monday to Saturday (2 & 4 Saturday off), 9.30 am to 6.30 pm , work from office

Role Purpose

Lead the end-to-end design process for Corporate Commercial interior projects, from concept to execution. Manage and mentor the design team (Architects, 3D Visualizers, and Designers). Design Leaders with Home Interiors experience only (are requested not to apply)

Oversee multiple projects PAN India, ensuring design quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design process for corporate commercial interior projects, from concept to execution for Office setups like co-working or managed office.
- Manage and mentor the design team (Architects, 3D Visualizers, and Designers).
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and cost alignment.
- Drive space planning, creative concepts, and technical detailing aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to finalize design presentations and approvals.



It is a client facing role for Bespoke work (whereever required)
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings, BOQs, and design documentation for execution teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring creative ideas to projects.
- Oversee multiple projects PAN India, ensuring design quality and consistency.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor or Masters of Design (Diploma or certification in design is not considered as qualification for this role)

• MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
Experience
• 18 –20 years of experience in corporate commercial Interior designing for commercial corporate office projects
• Minimum 8-10 years in a leadership/ Senior managerial role in Design setup.
Important Note:

We are not looking for sales or project leaders from the real estate industry , This is a pure design leadership role managing PAN India growth of the company.

Experience in IPCs like JLL, Knight Frank, CBRE, Cushman and Wakefield & Colliers or Coworking/Managed office Spaces in similar design leadership role are an added advantage
