• Manage equipment registration, validation, commissioning, and maintenance as per AERB guidelines
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department from a radiation safety perspective
• Monitor radiation exposure levels and ensure staff and patient safety
• Conduct periodic quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks for radiology equipment
• Maintain radiation safety records, compliance reports, and audit documentation
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration of radiology equipment
• Conduct radiation safety training and awareness programs for hospital staff
• Liaise with AERB, equipment vendors, service engineers, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and statutory requirements
