Credfino is looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff Finance & Strategic Operations to work closely with the COO and lead the company's finance function while driving high-impact strategic initiatives across Finance, HR, and Operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong financial acumen with exceptional project management skills and can independently execute cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Leadership

- Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and receivables management.
- Prepare and manage P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Build financial models, pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement within the finance function.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and financial accuracy.

Strategic Projects

- Lead revenue planning and performance tracking for the US Tax Season.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to monitor pipeline, revenue, and business growth.
- Track project performance, margins, capacity, and business KPIs.




- Identify risks proactively and drive corrective actions.

Operations & HR PMO

- Coordinate strategic HR initiatives including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Build company-wide dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Standardize operational reporting and improve cross-functional processes.

Chief of Staff Responsibilities

- Work directly with leadership on strategic priorities.
- Prepare leadership presentations, business reviews, and board reports.
- Drive execution of cross-functional business initiatives from planning to completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Strategy, or Operations.
- Robust expertise in financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Prior exposure to US Tax or Accounting Services is an added advantage.
