We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in frontend and backend development to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable production-grade applications using React and at least one backend technology among Node.js, Golang, or Elixir.
Candidates with experience working in product-based organizations will be preferred.
Experience: 4-8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js
- Develop and optimize backend APIs and microservices
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and application scalability
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Work on cloud-native and containerized applications using Docker
- Maintain clean,
reusable, and efficient code following best development practices
Required Skills
Frontend
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Good understanding of contemporary JavaScript, component architecture, hooks, and state management
- Experience in responsive UI development and frontend optimization
Backend (Mandatory Any One)
Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
- Node.js
- Golang
- Elixir
Database & Cloud
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Hands-on experience with production systems and deployments
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
- Understanding of Docker and containerization concepts
Development Practices
- Strong understanding of OOP or Functional Programming concepts
- Familiarity with clean coding standards and SOLID principles
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
