Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech./MCA or equivalent from a recognized University or Institution.
- 7+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3+ years working on government assignments.
- Experience working on at least three (3) government consulting projects.
- Prior experience in statistical analysis, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, big data, and related fields.
- Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and solve problems in a rapid-paced, low-structure environment.
- High level of proficiency in SQL (or similar tools for handling large datasets), SAS/R (or similar analytical tools), Python/R, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Undertake primary and secondary research and deliver data-driven insights to provide credible evidence for solving on-ground challenges.
- Develop and socialize customized tools and templates for priority geographies to address specific regional challenges.
- Innovate new approaches for generating PMJAY insights, including predictive modeling, clustering techniques, and machine learning.
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Enhance data collection procedures by incorporating information relevant for building analytical systems.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
