The Adm Officer is the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is on Randstad roll, responsible for managing the reception area, handling calls and correspondence, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting daily office operations efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and skilled manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the reception area,
meeting rooms, and front desk remain clean and organized at all times.
- Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support when required.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies; assist in procurement when needed.
- Support the HR/Admin team in organizing employee engagement activities and meetings.
- Manage mail distribution, courier dispatch, and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
