Senior Manager - Cluster Sales (OB-GYN Doctor Referral Marketing)

Role Summary

The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for driving patient referrals and business growth by developing and managing referral networks with Obstetricians & Gynecologists (OB-GYNs) across the assigned cluster. The role involves leading a team of Doctor Relationship Managers (DRMs), executing referral marketing strategies, strengthening key doctor partnerships, and achieving referral and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute doctor referral marketing strategies to drive patient referrals and revenue growth across the assigned cluster.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with Obstetricians, Gynecologists, IVF specialists, physicians, and other referring healthcare professionals.
- Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Doctor Relationship Managers to achieve referral and business objectives.
- Identify new referral opportunities and expand the doctor referral network within the assigned territory.
- Track referral conversion, productivity, and market penetration through regular performance reviews and MIS reporting.




- Conduct scientific meetings, CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and promotional activities to strengthen referral relationships.
- Collaborate with Centre Heads, Business Development, Marketing, and Clinical teams to improve referral experience and patient conversion.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and referral patterns to develop effective growth strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of doctor concerns and maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic reports on referral performance, pipeline, market intelligence, and team productivity

Desired Profile

- 7–15 years of experience in Doctor Referral Marketing, Healthcare Sales, or Business Development within hospitals, IVF, women's healthcare, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leading a field sales/doctor referral team.
- Strong network with Obstetricians & Gynecologists within the assigned geography will be an added advantage.
