Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Reviewer / SME
- Relevant experience in Content Review
- DevOps experience is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content as per quality guidelines.
- Handle complex cases and support the team with process-related queries.
- Conduct quality checks and provide feedback.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and client policies.
- Assist in training and process improvements.
