1. Core Languages & Frameworks: Deep proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. Extensive experience building backends with FastAPI with React, Vite, and UI libraries.
2. Automation & Integration: Extensive experience building robust automation workflows. Solid proficiency in browser RPA via Playwright for automating complex web portals, alongside Windows Desktop RPA using pywinauto/Win32 messaging. Deep experience integrating with diverse REST and SOAP APIs.
3. AI Application: Hands-on engineering experience integrating applied AI.
Must have experience with LLM inference, Prompt Engineering, Azure Foundry LLMs, and Speech-to-Text/Audio processing APIs.
4. Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
5. Database Management: Solid understanding of PostgreSQL.
6. Infrastructure & DevOps: Practical experience with Docker and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
7. Healthcare Standards (Preferred): Understanding of EDI X12 transactions (270/271, 835, 837). Proven experience integrating with multiple EHR/PMS systems and healthcare clearinghouses.
8. Security & Compliance: Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance, IAM, auth, encryption at rest/transit, and secure coding practices.
9. Team handling experience will be highly considered.
