Role & responsibilities:

- Preparation of Patent Landscape for formulation of ANDA & 505 (b2) type product (US, EU & ROW)
- Patent search on free and paid databases (Sci-finder, USPTO etc.)
- FTO Report: Due diligence and FTO search for relevant IP.
- Infringement analysis against critical patents (Monitoring of relevant patent)
- Patentability Report: Conduct the prior art search and evaluation for patentability concept.
- Patent drafting and filing at Indian patent office preparation of various Form i.e. (Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, etc.)
- Preparation of Due diligence report as Directed depending on the project.
- Identify and Evaluation the potential of FTF product in USA.
- Drafting the Office action response for India, USA and EU.
- Invalidation Report: Conduct the prior art searches identify and shortlist the relevant prior art.
- Preparation of prosecution History Report and Office action summary.




- Evaluation of IPR/PGR/Opposition.
- Case law and Litigation update / Monitoring of critical patents on a weekly basis.
- Having the knowledge of Patent and trademark filing for US and India market.
- Having the knowledge of PCT patent filing and various forms used in filing.
- Well versed with patent laws of USA, IN, EP and ROW markets.
- Well versed with the knowledge of ANDA & 505 (b2) product evaluation for B&D; team support.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Candidates should have experience in Patent Drafting, IPR, Patent Landscaping, Patent Analysis as well as work experience in Pharma Industry.
