Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering

Working knowledge of production and maintenance of manufacturing machines.

Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.

Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Understanding of quality standards, safety practices, and manufacturing processes.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office for maintaining production reports and documentation. Eligibility Criteria

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Experience in battery, electrical, lighting, FMCG, or consumer durable manufacturing will be preferred.

Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements. Plan, monitor,



and execute daily production activities as per the production schedule.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery to minimize downtime.

Carry out routine preventive maintenance and coordinate breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.

Maintain production efficiency, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.

Maintain production records, machine logs, downtime reports, and shift reports.

Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage through effective process control.

Supervise shop-floor personnel and ensure discipline and compliance with company policies.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S practices in the production area.
