Job Summary - Sagility is seeking qualified Nurses to join our US Healthcare team as Clinical Reviewers. This is a non-clinical role involving the review and analysis of medical records, clinical documentation, and healthcare cases to support the appeals process.

Eligibility Criteria-

- B.Sc. Nursing Freshers are eligible
- M.Sc. Nursing Freshers are eligible
- Active State Nursing Council Registration preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational evening/night shifts
- Comfortable working from the Bangalore office

Key Responsibilities

- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assess cases based on established clinical guidelines.
- Support the appeals review process while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Analyze clinical information and make appropriate case recommendations.




- Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Note: Freshers with robust clinical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Location & Joining Requirement:
This is a Work from Office role in Bangalore. Only candidates currently based in Bangalore and available for immediate joining will be considered for this position.
