Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries for UK/International clients.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide accurate information using company tools and systems.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering a great customer experience.
- Be versatile to work in rotational/night shifts.
