Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of hotel construction projects as the PMC representative.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all in office construction activities to ensure timely project delivery within the approved budget and quality standards.
- Manage contractors, consultants, architects, MEP teams, interior contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, statutory regulations, and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress review meetings, and prepare project status reports for the client and senior management.
- Coordinate design reviews, resolve technical issues, and facilitate timely approvals.
- Monitor procurement, material availability, and contractor performance to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
- Verify contractor bills, variations, change orders, and certify work completed as per contract terms.
- Ensure seamless coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP,



and interior fit-out works.
- Drive project close-out activities, including snagging, testing & commissioning, handover, and final documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in executing 4-star, 5-star, or luxury hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, project planning, quality assurance, and construction methodologies.
- Experience working with reputed hotel brands or hospitality developers will be preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 1218 years of experience in project execution with reputed PMC or construction organizations.
- Hands-on experience in executing premium hotel or hospitality projects from excavation/foundation to handover.
- Strong understanding of hotel construction standards, luxury interiors, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
