We are looking for an experienced Finishing Civil Engineer for residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing all finishing activities, ensuring quality work, timely completion, and coordination with contractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all finishing works at site including:
* Plastering
* Flooring & tiling
* Painting
* False ceiling
* Waterproofing
* Joinery & interior finishing works
* Monitor daily site activities and ensure work completion as per drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
* Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at site.
* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
* Check material requirements and control wastage.
* Conduct inspections and resolve site-related issues.
* Ensure project completion within timeline and budget.
* Handle snag list/punch point closure before handover.

Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
5 to 10 Years in residential construction projects preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Solid knowledge of finishing activities in high-rise/residential projects
Ability to manage multiple teams at site
Immediate joiners preferred
