What We're Looking For

- Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience building production-grade Java applications.
- Robust knowledge of Java, Spring Boot or Quarkus, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience debugging production issues and improving application reliability.
- Solid understanding of testing, clean code, performance optimization, and software design principles.
- APIs & Distributed Systems: Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Understanding of API versioning, resilience patterns, and eventual consistency.
- Data & Cloud: Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- AI-Assisted Engineering:



Comfortable using AI coding assistants to improve development velocity while maintaining engineering standards.
- Communication: Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
- Exposure to GCP services such as Spanner or BigQuery.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Sentry, or observability tools.
- Knowledge of MDM, healthcare, or regulated environments.
