Purchase Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Purchase materials as per company requirements.

Collect and compare quotations from suppliers.

Create and send Purchase Orders (POs).

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Accounts departments.

Maintain vendor and purchase records.

Check material availability and avoid shortages.

Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers.

Update purchase details in ERP/software.

Ensure the right material is purchased at the right time, quality, and cost. materials as per company requirements.
