Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh, hygienic and tasty meals for guests and staff.
- Plan daily menus and manage kitchen requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage food stock and avoid wastage.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef/Cook preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian and basic multi-cuisine cooking.
- Valuable hygiene and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
