Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
- Support paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.




- Continuously test recent content formats and strategies to improve results.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
