Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Metadata Analyst to join our global Contract Lifecycle Management implementation project. In this role, you will review, validate, and extract critical commercial and financial data attributes from enterprise contracts. You will support data migration from a legacy system into our future CLM system. You will ensure data integrity across our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform to support compliance, risk mitigation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Validation: Review executed contracts to verify and audit extracted metadata fields (e.g., party names, effective dates, termination clauses, and payment obligations).
- Currency & Financial Auditing: Validate financial data.
- Quality Assurance: Identify discrepancies between contract text and system data, correcting errors to ensure 100% accuracy in the legal database.
- Compliance & Risk Support: Ensure all processed contracts adhere to internal compliance guidelines and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner with global legal, finance, sales and PM teams to resolve data ambiguities or missing contract documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B./B.A. LL.B.), Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in contract review, legal operations, metadata extraction, or financial data validation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign CLM, SirionLabs) and system savvy in general.
- Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of commercial contract terminology, payment milestones, and multi-currency billing structures (specifically European/CHF workflows).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
