Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior MERN Developer (Nest.js + Laravel) based in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using technologies like MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, as well as Nest.js and Laravel.

Daily tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and ensuring the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior MERN Developer with additional expertise in Nest.js and Laravel to join our growing team in Jaipur. This is a critical role focused on building scalable, high-performance web applications that power our event-tech platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions, ensure clean architecture, and lead by technical example.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable and performant applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Design and implement microservices using Nest.js for modular and efficient back-end development.

- Maintain and extend features in Laravel-based services where required.

- Participate in software architecture planning, including system design and code structuring.

- Write clean, maintainable,



and testable code following best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS, etc.).

- Ensure robust integration between frontend components and backend APIs.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and project managers.

- Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews to maintain high code quality.

- Communicate technical ideas and concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

- Ensure high-level security and data protection standards in all developments.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and resolve them.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.

- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and scaling.

- Contribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (optional).

Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Requirements :

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

- Robust proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

- Proven experience with Nest.js (TypeScript-based backend framework).

- Experience with Laravel (PHP framework) for managing legacy or modular systems.

- Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API design.
