Employment Type: Full-time (On-roll with Kotak Mahindra Bank)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Male/Female candidates with prior sales experience
- Freshers are not eligible
- Education: Graduate
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- English Communication: Basic to average (able to read and speak a self-introduction)
Experience & Salary Details:
- Sales experience with basic English communication
- CTC up to INR 3,10,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
- Incentives up to INR 24,000 per month n
- Working Details:
- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed shift)
- Weekly Offs: 8 offs per month (4 Sundays and 4 Saturdays)
Job Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers for Kotak 811 and insurance sales
- Explaining Kotak 811 account features, benefits, and digital banking services
- Generating leads and acquiring current customers
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer data and regular follow-ups
- Ensuring adherence to bank policies, compliance, and guidelines
