- Electrical Schematics & GA Drawings: Design and develop detailed Electrical Schematics, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) using standard engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
- Automation Architecture Design: Layout control panel designs incorporating Siemens S7 PLC components, I/O modules, HMI/SCADA hardware network architectures, power supplies, and safety relays.
- LT Panel Engineering: Design custom Low Voltage (LT) switchgear panels up to 6300A, including PCC (Power Control Centers), MCC (Motor Control Centers), and APFC panels. Perform busbar sizing, short-circuit calculations, heat dissipation assessments, and switchgear component selection.
- HT/MV Panel Integration: Design and engineer Medium Voltage / High Voltage (11KV & 33KV) switchgear panels (ICOG panels), aligning with Schneider Electric engineering design protocols and customer layout constraints.
- Bill of Materials (BOM) Generation:
Prepare highly accurate, detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specification data sheets for procurement and production teams.
- Standard Compliance: Ensure all panel and automation layout designs strictly conform to relevant Indian and International standards (e.g., IS, IEC, IEEE).
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate closely with the sales team for pre-bid engineering estimations and provide drawing clarifications to the factory production and site testing teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- Academic Background: Must hold a full time B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- - Experience Range: 2 to 5 years of engineering design experience within an industrial panel manufacturing environment or a recognized system integration house.
