Financial Reporting Qualified to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements in accordance with IND AS, SEBI (LODR), Companies Act. The candidate must have experience in financial reporting, Ind AS, MIS, Financial Audit & Compliances.
Required Candidate profile
5+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 2+ years in a listed company.
Strong knowledge of IND AS, GAAP, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, and stock exchange compliances.
