Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical sales/business development and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Generate leads, acquire new clients, and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and business discussions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality Assurance (QA), Production,



and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and track business performance.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm, B.Sc, or BBA.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
