- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels to drive business growth.
- Convert leads into paying customers by providing product demos and solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BFSI sales (banking, financial services & insurance).
- Solid background in credit card sales, general insurance sales, health insurance, life insurance, loan sales, or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone/email.
