Job Description

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to build and manage complete CRM systems, sales funnels, marketing automations, landing pages, client onboarding workflows, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing complete customer journeys inside GoHighLevel and migrating businesses from tools such as ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Zapier, ManyChat, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

- Build complete sales funnels in GoHighLevel
- Design landing pages and funnel pages
- Configure CRM pipelines and opportunity stages
- Create lead capture funnels and opt-in pages
- Build email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
- Develop workflow automations and triggers
- SMS and WhatsApp automation
- Calendar booking and appointment automation
- Forms, surveys and quizzes
- Checkout pages and payment integrations
- Membership and course setup
- Client onboarding automation
- Contract, invoice and proposal automation
- Instagram/Facebook lead automation
- Comment-to-DM automation
- Pipeline management
- Lead scoring and segmentation
- Dashboard creation and reporting
