- Coordinate with production units and tailors to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor daily production planning and track work-in-progress.
- Conduct quality inspections at every stage of production.
- Ensure garments meet company quality standards before packing and dispatch.
- Manage inventory of finished goods, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of customer orders and stock
