An investment banking firm is hiring a Business Development Manager to work across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

- Work on transactions across all stages: sourcing, execution, investor outreach, due diligence and closure
- Lead and participate in identifying and sourcing potential leads across both companies and investors
- Manage the team for preparation of information memoranda, management presentations and marketing pitches
- Design and build business plans and financial models from scratch; run DCF and relative valuation for ongoing transactions
- Client management including building relationships with companies and investors
- Manage the execution of several projects simultaneously alongside Directors and Analysts

Candidate profile: 4-5 years of client-facing experience in wealth management, investment banking or investor relations at a fund or PMS. Backgrounds in private equity and VC, startup advisory or corporate finance are also relevant. Robust MS Office skills across Excel, Word and PowerPoint, proactive with high ownership and fluent communication.
