We are looking for someone passionate about building a recruiting function from the ground up.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.

- Analyze candidate feedback from various sources (e.g., LinkedIn) to improve the quality of hires.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Robust understanding of contract staffing, staff augmentation, permanent placement, and other types of recruitment models.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools.
