Role & responsibilities

- Manage on-premise servers for the company.
- Oversee PAN India firewall infrastructure and ensure robust network security.
- Handle network and cabling across all sites.
- Provide on-site technical support to all users across group locations.
- Responsible for setup and IT readiness for recent projects .
- Maintain all local systems and ensure their continuous uptime.
- Coordinate IT audits, license compliance, and risk assessments.
- Maintain and update all IT assets in Asset Infinity.
- Ensure user data and asset assignment are current across all locations.
- Act as Cloud Manager for ERP Tally, including -Role-based access control , Password management & Backup and recovery strategy
- Manage CCTV cabling, intercoms, and security device integrations at all sites.




- Ensure physical and network security protocols are followed.
- Supervise internal IT teams and external vendors for project execution and ongoing maintenance.
- Liaise with OEMs and service providers for support, renewals, and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in multi-site IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewall management, and cloud systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Tally preferred)
- IT asset tracking tools (like Asset Infinity)
- Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Ability to work independently and able to manage team.
