- Handle outbound customer engagements through various channels.

- Respond to customer emails, SMSes, and web-chat queries promptly.

- Make inbound calls to customers and resolve their queries.

- Achieve set performance KPIs and update/record customer information in CRM.

- Inform Team Leaders of any anomalies or trends noticed during general activity.

- Resolve conflicts and attend/participate in team meetings with agents and Team Leaders.

- Share wins and losses with the team and ensure call quality compliance as per defined parameters.

- Complete ad hoc tasks or campaigns as required by the Contact Centre.

Job Requirements

- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other fields is required.

- Possess at least one year of sales or customer service experience; freshers are also considered.





- Demonstrate effective teamwork skills and organizational/time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks.

- Be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- Exhibit solid cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

- Possess own transport or a consistent mode of transportation to work.
