INFOGRASS Technologies is looking for passionate and self-driven Full Stack Developers who are eager to build enterprise-grade web applications using modern technologies.

Selected candidates will join as Full Stack Developer Trainees for an initial period of 5 to 6 months, during which they will work on live customer projects and product development under the guidance of experienced engineers. Based on successful completion of the training period and performance, candidates will be offered a full-time Full Stack Developer role.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
- Design, develop, and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate in an Agile development environment.
- Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to innovative Healthcare and Enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Good understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
- Positive understanding of React.js.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB.




- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

- Docker fundamentals
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor

Selection Process

1. Technical Interview
2. Coding Assessment covering Problem Solving, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
3. Full Stack Project Walkthrough, where candidates will present an application they have developed and explain:

- Overall application architecture
- Frontend and backend design
- Database schema and relationships
- API design and integration
- Design patterns and coding best practices followed
- Technical decisions, challenges faced, and solutions implemented

Training & Career Path

- Initial designation: Full Stack Developer Trainee (56 months)
- Hands-on experience working on live customer projects and enterprise product development.
- Performance-based confirmation as a Full Stack Developer upon successful completion of the training period.
