Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage.

• 8-13 years of mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.

• Solid knowledge of legal opinion, title verification, legal scrutiny, and property due diligence.

• Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing real estate legal documents.

• Experience in handling APF approvals and follow-ups with banks.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal assignments

• Language: Tamil and English, Kannada and English
