Role Overview:

VEKA India is looking for an experienced Area Manager to drive profile sales across the Chennai region. The role involves developing the market, leading the sales team, and achieving regional business growth while ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive B2B sales of VEKA uPVC Profiles through Fabricators, Builders, Architects, Consultants, PMCs, and Developers.
- Develop the assigned territory by acquiring new Fabricators, and Projects.
- Generate project specifications and secondary sales through Architects, Builders, and Consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic market intelligence reports.




- Collaborate with Marketing to execute branding, product promotion, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, timely order execution, collections support, and regional profitability.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory (10-12 days/month).

Required Skills

- Solid Project Sales.
- Team handling and people management Preferred
- Business development and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Market analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of B2B sales experience, with 35+ years in the Building Materials industry.
- Experience handling Fabricators, Contractors, Architects, Builders, and PMCs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional business.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
